Crown Meadows is a lovely neighborhood located on the northwest corner of Springfield, MO just north of Interstate 44 on West Melville Road (aka Farm Road 127).
Children living in our community attend some of the best of Springfield Public Schools attending either Willard or Springfield Elementary, Middle, and High School depending on your location.
Big-hearted people = great neighbors
This friendly and quiet community is great for both growing families and empty nesters. You will find single-story, split-levels, two stories, and basement homes in Crown Meadows. Homes have either two or three-car garages. The residents take pride in their homes keeping their houses and yards looking great all year. The modest association dues help to maintain beautiful and clean common areas as well as trash fees.
The quality of the neighborhood is reflected in the quality of its residents and the amount of care for our property as evidenced by private gardens and maintenance of lawns. Among the residents, you will find teachers, lawyers, business owners, singles, families, and retirees.
Our Little Slice of Heaven
Our mission is simple: The association exists to facilitate the benefit area through advocacy and activities that promote our quality of life.
The neighborhood entrance is adorned with a stone sign and wrought iron lettering, which is situated along the welcoming landscaping of beautiful pear trees.
